- Size charts are provided as a guide for each product; please check measurements before ordering, as children's sizing can vary between styles.
- We may change prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
- In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment partners.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Intellectual Property

When using the Site, you agree not to: violate any applicable law; interfere with the Site's security or functioning; use the Site to transmit harmful or misleading content; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
8. Reviews & User Content
If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us, you grant Fadikids a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share it in connection with promoting our products, unless you tell us otherwise.
